Many thanks for the service at the reception, the ability to solve and understand the needs that arose during my stay. The gentleman Sergio and the other gentleman were very attentive and very polite, they were very dedicated and helpful to me always. Thank you for allowing me to change rooms when I requested it, I really enjoyed being there. I will highly recommend this hotel, it is great.

SHENTEL'S SERVICE, THE CORDIALITY, THE AROMA OF THE HOTEL, IT WAS CLEAN, ELEGANT, RELAXING, THE ROOM, LARGE CLEAN, THE BATHROOM CLEAN, THE AROMA OF THE SHEETS, THE PILLOWS, THE LIGHTING, THE DESIGN, THE SPACE IN HOW THE ROOM IS STRUCTURED, THE VIEW, THE POOL, THE FOOD, THE CORDIALITY OF ALL THE STAFF, IT WAS EXCELLENT.
